Angus is a founding partner of Caisson iO. Angus holds an MA in European Property and has been involved in UK and European real estate for more than 20 years. His breadth of experience ranges from working at SEGRO to co-ordinate its Continental European investment and development activities to working as Rockspring’s (now Patrizia) European Director and Fund Manager of TransEuropean (UK & Europe). Angus was formerly the Managing Director of iO Asset Management LLP. This depth of knowledge & experience gives Angus a uniquely deep understanding of UK & European real estate.

Mark is a founding partner of Caisson iO. With 25+ years in multi-let industrial and multi-tenant property, his journey began at Industrial Securities, then led to The iO Group (now Cromwell Property Group), where he pioneered pan-European asset management, servicing €3.5bn in cross-border institutional investor multi-let industrial funds across 10+ countries.

Michael is a founding partner of Caisson iO, and Finance Director of the business. He earned his Chartered Certified Accountant qualification at Marks and Spencer in 2001, where he oversaw the German finance department and international results consolidation. Later, at Taylor Woodrow, he managed high-end residential joint ventures, before joining The iO Group (now Cromwell Property Group), where he led fund restructures and refinancing, driving €3.5bn in asset growth.

Philip is a founding partner of Caisson iO. Starting at DE & J Levy in 1993, he specialised in investment acquisition and disposals, focusing on multi-let industrial properties for institutional and private investors. With a background in European operations, his primary role at Caisson iO has been raising and deploying capital, overseeing transactions exceeding £1bn since our inception. Philip is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

James is Caisson iO’s Non-Executive Director, sitting on the Management Executive Board which oversees the overall business direction. His main focus is advising on the corporate strategy and focus of the firm. James is also the owner of an MLI Investment managed by Caisson iO and he has over 30 years’ experience of setting up, managing and running companies in the fields of insurance, banking, and pharmaceuticals. James is also a Trustee of the Mary How Trust for Cancer Prevention.

With over 30 years of experience in the UK real estate industry and over 20 specialised in Multi Let Investment, James joined IO in 2001 focusing on acquiring and managing industrial property nationwide for a variety of UK based funds. In 2006, he became the specialist asset manager for The Industrial Trust and fund manager for the Industrial Investment Partnership. Prior to joining Caisson iO in 2012 as Partner and Head of Asset Management, he was Managing Director of Willowbrite, a nationwide asset manager predominantly of UK industrial property.

James joined Caisson iO in 2011 and is a Director of the Asset Management team. James began his career at The iO Group (now Cromwell Property Group), before moving to Reit Asset Management (now F & C Reit), to become their industrial/business space specialist. Senior roles at Pinton and Warner Estates led to his move to Quintain, where he was responsible for an investment portfolio worth c.£225 million. In 2009, he became Head of Real Estate for Alpine Wealth Management, an investment bank based in Bahrain, Middle East. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

As a Director of Investment Management, James has a strategic role at Caisson iO, focusing on sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions throughout the UK and Europe. With 12+ years’ experience in real estate, Jimmy was a senior surveyor in Avison Young's Restructuring and Recovery team, focusing on turnaround management, non-performing loan book workouts and loan security valuation. He's a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and holds a BSc in Real Estate from The University of Northumbria.

Meera Parmar FCCA. Meera is our Director of Corporate Finance and serves as Chair of the Management Board. She is responsible for business planning and structure, forecasting and business operations. Prior to joining Caisson iO in 2014, she began her career at JLL in Property & Asset Management, then transitioned to Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance (JLLCF) as a Fund Accountant for Private Equity Real Estate funds. Meera qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008.

Dan is a Director of our Asset Management team and his diverse property expertise and innovative perspective reap benefits for his portfolios. Prior to joining Caisson iO in 2014, Dan worked with Knight Frank Poland, Tesco PLC, and In-site Property Solutions. Dan is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Edward, as a Director of Investment Management, holds a strategic role within Caisson iO, sourcing and executing investments and enhancing existing portfolios. Edward joined iO Asset Management in 2020, having previously worked at Mapletree Investments, with a focus on European investments and asset management. Edward holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance from the University of Reading.

James became a Director of Investment Management in 2023, after joining Caisson iO in 2018 as our Acquisitions Manager. He started his career in Central and Eastern Europe, with roles at Knight Frank in Poland and CBRE in Romania and Hungary, before moving to the UK to work with Cushman & Wakefield in Central London. James is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University.

Hugh is our Director of Fund Accounting, having joined Caisson iO in 2017 as Fund Controller. Hugh began his career at Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte) as a Chartered Accountant, later setting up financial reporting for the Malmaison hotel chain at MWB Group. In 2006, Hugh moved to Arlington Property Investors (later re-acquired by Aberdeen Asset Management), where he served as Financial Controller and later Head of Fund Accounting UK. In these roles, he managed accounting, reporting, and risk management for property portfolios ranging from £20m to £1.4bn. Hugh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge.

Jon joined Caisson iO in January 2021 as Senior Asset Manager, with over 20 years’ experience in asset, facility and property management. Jon began his career in 1998, working in the telecommunications sector as a consultant, involved in the acquisition, disposal and estate management of mobile phone operators’ networks UK wide. Prior to joining Caisson iO, Jon worked at The Arch Company (a joint venture between Tellereal Trillium and Blackstone), providing strategic advice on property and asset management across their whole portfolio.

Kiran is Caisson iO’s Data and Research Analyst, responsible for updating reforecast models, writing portfolio reports, and conducting internal research and analysis. Prior to joining Caisson iO in 2022, she worked as an Analyst at Ebiquity.

Neha joined Caisson iO in April 2016 as a Finance Assistant in the fund accounting team. Her responsibilities include preparing management accounts, VAT returns, cashflows, updating reforecast models, and generating investor reports. With almost ten years of property and fund accounting experience in the UK, she has worked for companies such as InterQuest Limited Plc & Berkeley Homes (South East London). Neha is a CIMA Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Bharti is our Senior Portfolio Manager, working closely with asset managers, property managers, tenants, and letting agents. Bharti has over a decade of experience in commercial property and has recently taken on asset management responsibility at a management-intensive asset in Birmingham. Prior to joining Caisson iO in 2014, Bharti began her career at Medical Information Systems Ltd in 2005.

Lisa joined Caisson iO in September 2014, initially as an Executive Assistant to the Acquisitions Team, then later also taking on the role as our Office Manager. She began her career at Cambridge Academy in South Africa, before moving on to work in the mining sector. After relocating to London, Lisa worked for The King's Foundation and then Network Rail.

Eila is our Portfolio Manager, having joined Caisson iO in 2019 as Executive Assistant to the Asset Management Team. Her role involves working with asset managers, property managers, letting agents, contractors and surveyors as well as overseeing capital expenditure contracts and programmes. Eila began her career at the National Bank in New Zealand, before moving to London and has a wealth of administration, personnel and marketing experience, obtained across a wide range of industries.

Natalie joined Caisson iO in February 2021 as a Team PA within the Asset Management team. She began her career as a Research Executive at CoStar Group Ltd, before becoming a Property Administrator at CB Richard Ellis. Prior to joining Caisson iO, Natalie served as a Personal Assistant/Project Secretary at BLDA Architects Ltd.

Tracy joined Caisson iO in September 2017 as a Consultant, to support equity raising activities. His property career began at Colegrave Group, which later merged with Johnson Fry PLC. Tracy co-founded Pinder Fry & Benjamin, known for successful syndicated commercial property investments totalling nearly £1bn. He then co-founded Osprey Equity Partners, a joint venture with Alvarium, a multi-family office with a substantial real estate platform, before moving on to form TDB Consultancy in 2017.
