Angus is a founding partner of Caisson iO. Angus holds an MA in European Property and has been involved in UK and European real estate for more than 20 years. His breadth of experience ranges from working at SEGRO to co-ordinate its Continental European investment and development activities to working as Rockspring’s (now Patrizia) European Director and Fund Manager of TransEuropean (UK & Europe). Angus was formerly the Managing Director of iO Asset Management LLP. This depth of knowledge & experience gives Angus a uniquely deep understanding of UK & European real estate.

With over 30 years of experience in the UK real estate industry and over 20 specialised in Multi Let Investment, James joined IO in 2001 focusing on acquiring and managing industrial property nationwide for a variety of UK based funds. In 2006, he became the specialist asset manager for The Industrial Trust and fund manager for the Industrial Investment Partnership. Prior to joining Caisson iO in 2012 as Partner and Head of Asset Management, he was Managing Director of Willowbrite, a nationwide asset manager predominantly of UK industrial property.
James Allen

Director, Asset Management

With over 30 years of experience in the UK real estate industry and over 20 specialised in Multi Let Investment, James joined IO in 2001 focusing on acquiring and managing industrial property nationwide for a variety of UK based funds. In 2006, he became the specialist asset manager for The Industrial Trust and fund manager for the Industrial Investment Partnership. Prior to joining Caisson iO in 2012 as Partner and Head of Asset Management, he was Managing Director of Willowbrite, a nationwide asset manager predominantly of UK industrial property.

Meera Parmar FCCA. Meera is our Director of Corporate Finance and serves as Chair of the Management Board. She is responsible for business planning and structure, forecasting and business operations. James became a Director of Investment Management in 2023, after joining Caisson iO in 2018 as our Acquisitions Manager. He started his career in Central and Eastern Europe, with roles at Knight Frank in Poland and CBRE in Romania and Hungary, before moving to the UK to work with Cushman & Wakefield in Central London. James is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University.

Hugh is our Director of Fund Accounting, having joined Caisson iO in 2017 as Fund Controller. Hugh began his career at Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte) as a Chartered Accountant, later setting up financial reporting for the Malmaison hotel chain at MWB Group. In 2006, Hugh moved to Arlington Property Investors (later re-acquired by Aberdeen Asset Management), where he served as Financial Controller and later Head of Fund Accounting UK. Hugh is our Director of Fund Accounting, having joined Caisson iO in 2017 as Fund Controller. Neha is a CIMA Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Portfolio Manager

Eila is our Portfolio Manager, having joined Caisson iO in 2019 as Executive Assistant to the Asset Management Team. Her role involves working with asset managers, property managers, letting agents, contractors and surveyors as well as overseeing capital expenditure contracts and programmes. Eila began her career at the National Bank in New Zealand, before moving to London and has a wealth of administration, personnel and marketing experience, obtained across a wide range of industries.

He then co-founded Osprey Equity Partners, a joint venture with Alvarium, a multi-family office with a substantial real estate platform, before moving on to form TDB Consultancy in 2017.
